Undrea Shay Gray is a native Texan – born and raised in Dallas, Texas.
She is a God fearing, family woman and bases her life on biblical principles. She is a HUGE advocate of FAITH – her Favorite scripture – Hebrews 11:1 “Now Faith is the substance of things hope for and the evidence of things not seen”. She has a heart for mankind. Her desire to empower people started at an early age. She started her professional career working for a non-profit organization. As her professional career flourished, she has been blessed to work in the Global Benefits Health and Welfare industry and currently working for the Dallas ISD Human Resources – Benefits Department. She has 30 plus years of experience in benefits administration.
She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She received her Certified Biblical Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is also a member of the International ToastMasters Club – where she is a proud member of the Talk of The Town Club located in Desoto, Texas. She is a certified Competent Communications Leader. She serves as the Secretary and Treasurer Officer for Desoto, Texas. She is working on the next level to becoming a Distinguished Toastmaster.
Gray is the Founder of a 501c Non-Profit Organization called “iElevate, Incorporated”. This organization was developed from her social media page called “Sisters With A Testimony (SWAT) – Elevation". The mission is simple: “to help serve others.” Her desire is to empower mankind to heal and overcome challenges by sharing her personal testimonies and help others with their testimonies. She believes in using biblical studies and applying them to real life situations.
Jesus Christ is the center of her Joy. Next to God is her wonderful and supportive family who she holds near and dear to her heart.
